Hi, it's probably the first time I've seen something like this, but be sure to do what it says so you do have a proof that you deposited. 

Anyway, even though there is a message like that and the deposit may be late, do you want to try it in this casino? Personally, I'd probably be discouraged and find some other ones if you don't know when you'll actually be able to play with the money.

I have a complain on betspins they are false advertising saying in 24 hours you could have your withdrawl payout well come to find out you gotta pay taxes plus deposit another20 for verification and then wait on the review how ever long it takes then audit then after the vip status is paid then they work on those of us who are less fortunate even though we spent every dime we had being on a ssi check to get your payout this casino has been very rude to me not giving straight answers about anything and has lied about payout timelines can you help me get my payout I thought about contacting the BBB but not sure if they can even help. So with betspinz I ordered a withdrawl for 2000 paid the 100 tax commission fees done verification process was the 8000th number for withdrawl now it's 12000 so it's been since Sunday the website says within 48 hours I been trying to get a straight answer and customer service is a joke they are rude so how long will it take to receive this withdrawl by cash all it's been since Sunday this casinos customer service is a joke plz help I spent my whole ssi check to try to get this withdrawl and it's Wednesday and still no withdrawl deposited plz help

I am very sorry to let you down, but we can not get involved at this point. Since not all withdrawals proceed in the same way, I honestly believe you need to exercise more patience.

However, withdrawals—just withdrawals without the verification process—usually take longer than a few days, depending on the payment provider, payment option, and when the order receives the final confirmation. I know it is difficult, and for example, I have never heard of the verification fee, which worries me a little.

For me though, this site is suspicious, and I would be hesitant to play there.

Betspinz.com casino has scammed me out of $100. I won 1250 and I went to withdraw it and they told me I had to pay a 5% sales tax which I deposited $50 and they said that that was for the casino in order to verify my account and then they asked me to deposit another $50 to cover the sales tax. I never got the money that I would draw and they took it and I went to file a complaint and they told me to get screwed pretty much do not deposit any money with this casino.

It's sad how they are allowed to take people hard earned money this way and we can't even imagine the people who daily are paying thinking they are going to get a payout ,I've never seen a site quite like this one myself
