Another thing these people do is use fake business to take your deposit and make it look like you are paying for goods and services unrelated to gambling. For example, they took my £100 deposit under 'St Juvictech Nigeria' which was a website that appears to sell music. When I confronted them about this, they denied the allegation and the St Juvictech website was taken down a few days later. It is a clear breach of VISA/Mastercard rules on merchant coding and is a big problem in the offshore gambling space. They do it to get around fees, gambling blocks and taxes. I urge anyone to stay away from ALL offshore websites, not just this one.

I saw the complaint that the casino did not provide sufficient evidence according to our team. 

So it's nice that they are trying to protect themselves on Trustpilot. 

It's a pity that it wasn't resolved in our complaint. 

I guess that's the only thing I would say about it.🤷‍♂️

Mina vinster på 951,45 € undanhölls med hänvisning till "bedrägeri". Efter att jag begärt bevis, samt ett tydligt uttalande som specificerade vilken regel jag bröt mot och när, vägrade casinot att lämna någon information och fortsätter att undanhålla mina pengar utan att lägga fram några bevis.

Ett formellt klagomål har redan lämnats in till licensmyndigheten.

Men även om jag får tillbaka mina pengar (jag ger inte upp), kan jag inte rekommendera någon att spela på Betsio.com eller Bets.io.

Det är inte värt besväret.

We always try everything possible to help ur users, but unfortunately, if casinos don't want to cooperate with us, then we are unable to do much, you know.

You need to keep in mind that we are just mediators between players and casinos, not an ADR.

Of course, you did the right thing. So let’s see if the casino is willing to address this, though I’m quite worried about it.

But let’s leave the speculation for later. I’m curious myself to see how this all plays out with the licensing authority.
