I have not completed any withdrawal and I strongly recommend real players to play in real casinos, that nobody or it is very difficult, (I think 5 percent are what they earn money) always win but at least you do not always lose, some that again gives you a joy which fulfills the objective, to have a good time

hello.I played at Bettrophy Casino. I activated the welcome bonus which I received successfully and managed to redeem the bonus. I successfully fulfilled the requirements. I sent the documents. it was accepted successfully. the casino said I can play and pay.. but they refused my withdrawal and my winnings were deducted from account.and did not give any information about why he did this.This is the first time in this casino. I have never had an account here before. I would like to ask for help. because live chat is not available. and they don't respond to emails either.
