Has anyone redeemed a $10 poker bonus from their betmgm store.. or any amount for that matter?

Did the promo bonus reflected the amount said right away? Or have you been asked by help agents to fulfill its release restriction requirement before seeing the $10.

Don’t you agree that it would have been useless to redeem a poker bonus with your hard earned betmgm points only to pay for it with your own funds before getting a $10 or $25 bonus credits..

my friend have tried the $10 casino bonus and they work well like how a redeemed bonus should behave..

if anyone can please share me their experience with a poker bonus would be highly appreciated.. thanks in advance

The way I see it, you are concerned about whether this bonus has to be wagered by real money, am I correct?

The bonus is purchased by some loyalty points (betmgm points), and you want to be sure whether the wagering must be done with real money, don't you?

I guess that the support should be able to answer such a question.

Can you paste a screenshot showing up the explanation? I guess in this situation, it could prove very handy.

it’s a straight up question as to: what Happens after redeeming a $10 poker bonus using your 800 betmgm points from the betmgm store..

did you get or are you supposed to receive $10 to play with?? or do you need your own funds to wager first before the release of the $10 — this second option really does not make sense after redeeming it using hard earned points..

as my problem stands that a faulty bonus was sent to me already activated, asking me to wager through without the $10 bonus..no one wants to compensate my $10 back..

and all the response I get was just release restriction related information.. until just recently..

two days ago? this live help that i "generally" asked generally answered that I would get the $10 bonus to play poker with until she reads through what the not so helpful agents replied to me..

funny how she retracted a full 360 on her first general statement..

honestly, I do not understand the questions you asked neither pretty well. I guess the operator did her best to explain what she thought you were asking about.

"empty promo page which was activated before I activate it" I'm sorry makes no sense to me. Sounds like a loading page problem.

I believe that when it comes to the bonus rules (did you get or are you supposed to receive $10 to play with?? or do you need your own funds to wager first before the release of the $10 - not sure what reply you expected) the last reply covered that.

May I ask you a personal question? Is English your native language? From my point of view, she did not understand your questions clearly.

Yeah no it was a False Advertising scheme of the betmgm if you redeem a poker bonus..

although it says "no deposit needed" you would still use your own funds to release those poker bonus you just redeemed with your hard earned points..

so yeah you will not get any credit to play poker with, but the chance to release them first.. I hope I can make some sense now.. I was prolly ranting those times..

when i won i tried to withdraw

my winnings $1500 dollars withdrawal

session says to wait 3 days, after 2 days

the $1500 dollars in my casino account i

decided to withdraw $ 459 and the same thing

happens go go back to my casino account so i

try to withdraw $145 again go back to my

casino account at this point i go to chat and

they tell me my bank is blocking me

(i called the bank and they tell me

everything ok nothing blocked) again in

the chat now they tell me to contact

(Interac) because they are the ones who

refuse my withdrawal ok no problem I

decide to call them, I explain the situation

and they tell me that there is no problem and

they never block anyone.

I have tried 6 times to cash out my $1500 dollar winnings

with no success they keep saying my bank is blocking me

times I count my winnings the total is close to $500,000

and I always have received my winnings in the same bank
