Has anyone had dealings with this casino site? I've had numerous problems with verification to the extent that ive never experienced anywhere before. I thought nothing was worse than amonbet until I found these scammers. Please avoid them at all costs. I will attach further info in next post
ill attach all communication from them so far with their absurd requirements for verification to withdraw. Just to clarify i deposited with an online bank but apparently not good enough to use the bank statement as proof of address. I dont have utility bills as rent is inclusive of utilities .

If I go to the verification section, I can see that’s the main issue. The only thing you need to verify is proof of address, and that’s not possible? Did you tell the casino that you have no other way to prove what they’re asking for, or did you try asking if there’s any other option you could send? How long is it taking you to verify, please?

In any case, some casinos require two proofs of address for some reason and based on my experiences, it is sadly easier to provide alternatives. Because without passing this part, the casino may refuse to pay out.

I've had numerous issues with verification and the one thing that gets me the most is how this company wont accept a Revolut statement as proof of address because they are an online bank, yet they will still accept deposits from such banks, knowing full well that if statements are needed for verification purposes they wont accept them. There's nothing in their t&cs advising potential customers of this.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, the other problem may be that those attachments are not in a supported format or size. However, ordinary screenshots work with copy and paste, and I double-checked that. You can simply drag and drop the screenshot without needing to save it.
Well, I understand that from your perspective accepting a revolution statement as proof of address goes without a question but in case the player has no utility bills available, the casino usually needs second proof to rule out security questions. Moreover, TaC always says that the casino reserves the right to conclude additional checks or verification. The wording may be different but the point is there.

That's great. It is, however, not necessary to screenshot everything for the forum. I believe the most pressing matter is whether you can provide alternative proof of address or whether the casino suggested alternatives. Or maybe there are other details involved. I'll leave that to you, of course.
If I may say so, at this point, I believe that the key points should stay public; hence, there is no need in forwarding all emails or messages to me personally. Such a facility is supported when the official complaint is submitted. We have that covered.
i said it because, for example, on CasinoGrounds forum, there are lots of problems sometimes. messages don't send themselves due to being considered spam, and so on 🙂
