They are scamming my money. 3 weeks ago all my documents were approved and ever since I have been waiting my little over 700 euros withdraw. Ever since that every time I go to live chat they say, "we are working very hard on this to get you your withdraw". Lol, like it takes that much effort to pay me my winnings? Also. 5 days ago I went to live chat. On that time they told me that a finnish specialist will be present tomorrow and my case will be solved. Well, that's now 4 days ago and still nothing has happened! They are totally scamming me! Avoid this site at any f*cking cost!

That is an unpleasant experience. It almost seems like they have just one manager who takes care of most of the pending payments. Anyway, it's holiday time and maybe they just don't want to tell you that they're short on staff. Their rating is very good, so I would ask you kindly to give it some more time. What do you think?
