I already have a thread about this under the Slots section, but I’m adding it here as well since it concerns this casino.

More than a week ago, I was playing Captain Shark by Wazdan. I triggered the bonus round and got a number of retriggers. After a total of 195 bonus rounds, I had won a little over 860x.

However, when the bonus round finally ended, I got a "Wallet Error" message and the entire win disappeared. I tried restarting the game, but that didn’t help.

I contacted Betfridays customer support, and they told me they would contact Wazdan. Since then, the only update I have received is that Wazdan is still "working on the issue."

I haven’t been given any information about whether this is an issue that only affects me, whether it is a known problem with Wazdan, or what is actually being done to resolve it.

So, after more than a week, they apparently haven’t managed to figure out what the hell happened. This is completely hopeless.
