Sometimes the thing is, casinos are not able to send you money right away. They have to check it with their department and after it is successful they will send you your money.
Did they ask for documents and verification or you sent it to them by yourself?
I want to add that we give casinos 14 days to resolve KYC or withdrawal of the player and of they won't do it, you can submit a complaint on our site where we will try to help.
