They told me that I haved played on a secret VPN adress and my documents were faulse, but they never have problem to take money from my bank account when I deposit. I think they dont have the money to payout to customers so they made something up. I only remember some paragraf 12.10 they send to me. And the dession was made and final . The support wont answer any more. Its a fucked up company

Well, I think anyone can make a mistake even an operator. Some casinos don’t allow VPN use, which can be a problem if you don’t even realise you have one switched on. We’ve seen situations like that here before.

As for the casino saying your documents were forged, that’s difficult for us to comment on here. Still, I understand why you came to that conclusion.

I’m wondering whether there might be a more ordinary explanation. Were the documents submitted as screenshots, cropped images, or perhaps photos of a computer screen taken with your phone? Casinos may not accept those as original documents. That wouldn’t itself mean they were forged, of course.

Did the casino explain exactly what it considered wrong with the documents? Also, does it use an external app or service to handle verification? I’m asking because that could be useful information for other players too.

I’d also like to clarify the point about deposits. In the cases we see, casinos may accept deposits and only carry out more detailed checks when a player requests a withdrawal. Those checks can then lead to an account being closed or winnings being withheld. That doesn’t automatically make the decision fair, but accepting a deposit doesn’t mean the casino has already verified everything or approved all the account activity. Treating it as confirmation of that can be misleading.

On the other hand, if a casino accused me of fraud, said my documents weren’t genuine, closed my account and withheld my money, I might well be thinking exactly the same things.
