Hi Romi,
I wasn't aware at all i did anything wrong. All my Spins were accepted and then retrospectively said id done something wrong. It's the lack of a real person to speak to thats the most annoying part. Generic answers from both like staff are really annoying when you want a quick answer

Now our team will investigate the whole matter, and we'll see what the casino has to say about all this.
