Hello, I would like to get help with a card verification on Betano. I have submitted my card details 3 days ago and it still has not been processed. I've asked Betano support to check why is it taking so much, and again the same response every time that they have a large amount of work and it takes time. They do not know the details because it's another departments work. Please help if you can.

I see it's not optimal, but as you said, the casino admitted they have been facing high withdrawal request volume; therefore, I'd say it's a matter of time, and patience is the key. I guess the proper department gets to you eventually, and no third party can speed that up just now.
