Well, I would try a new withdrawal request because it's valid also as a base for further complaints; besides, it may work this time. The error could be fixed meanwhile but casinos usualy cannot submit another request on behalf of the player. In any case, an active withdrawal request is always a reasonable start for actual withdrawing.
