Then their site went on maintenance and that banner is still there. I can't log in and they don't respond to my emails. What's going on? How do I get the rest of my withdrawal?

I completely agree with you. The fair and responsible approach would be for the casino to settle all outstanding player balances and withdrawals before shutting down, or at the very least notify players in advance that it was going to close so they could withdraw their funds.
