I have been playing on bch games for 4-5 year been gambling thousand through out my history with this casino untill the level system came so my wager before the level was reset to zero but most the players got tips to climb the level ( tips from owner ) personally I wagered thousand and I should be eligible for the my claim it was 3 years ago I didn't ask that I was too shy type person and also has financial issue so I stoped playing here then after 2 years I came and chasing after level but I still want my claim I need my level too bump I contacted support and straight ahead said no I changed my review from 4 stars to 2 and the admin said that I gave 2 star which it will be definitely no I have post all the screenshot and in they closed my ticket with replying further
