Hello, I looked at the safety index and this is probably the first red flag of the casino. It's pretty low and I probably wouldn't play there if I had to admit it.

just that i entered incorrect last name
which they are not ready to change neither there is any response nor there is any resolution its been 2 months now

I see why they blocked your account. Can you tell me why you entered the wrong last name please? It's a violation of the rules, so it's normal that the casino has blocked your account.
I was not aware that this Batery online casino seeks a KYC -- And generally to hide the identity people enter incorrect name, so that you are easily identified. If I knew that this casino seeks KYC -- I wouldnt have played here in first place.
Also first up while deposit or withdrawals -- they never asked for any documents -- generally all online casinos who need KYC ask upfront only or latest on your first withdrawal -- but this casino never asked me -- you can see how many transaction I did on this casino in the attached image.

And my point/request is simple -- if you want to block my account then block it -- at least have an integrity to return the residual funds -- this way any casino will block anyone if the person wins -- how can anyone trust any online casino?
And if they were eventually wanted to do the KYC -- then they should have done upfront -- what sense does it make to ask details in between?

Well you're right that they often do it on the first withdrawal but from the screenshot you showed me you've done all deposits and withdrawals are pending. That means that by the looks of it, those are the first withdrawals and that's when the casino started doing KYC. If you want a casino to do this process you will have to find an anonymous casino because most of them do KYC sooner or later. If you don't want to give out your personal details then don't play at any casino and certainly never lie or give false information. Then it will only work out that way.
I'm not sure if you will be able to sort it out but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

There is no way we can contact in chat support to related issue. whenever I try to contact chat support there is AI which asks my request number after entering request number replies coms that I have to wait at least 3 hours while 8 days already passed.
I know it's not nice but try to check with your payment provider if everything is okay and the money has left your account.
