Been depositing for about 5 days in a row , and then they give me a bonus , I wager it the same day, and when I go to withdrawal they hit me to verify my info, but on the casino page, it says ," do I have to verify my account before withdrawal ?" Absolutely not, verify if suspected up to no good , well me winning the bonus made them think I was up to no good now I'm waiting for about 4 hours just to confirm documents , but they took my deposits fast as hell

The casino wants to be sure it's really you they are dealing with, plus that you provided correct information.

Not it has not and I sent all the info needed this morning , they just keep telling me to wait a lil longer, 5 hours goes by , I message them and they just say wait lil longer for withdrawal process and tlstill nothing



It's quite common that the verification process take up to 48 hours, sometimes even a week (in smaller casinos).

Come to find out , they took the bonus from me in middle of night left what I deposited and said they need my btc wallet address , I send it to them , and they tell me that it needs to be processed, but the Bitcoin is still in my wallet on the casino, wouldn't the funds need to be taken out then processed ? Long story short I didn't get my btc and my account is still active ..... Wish I could do more about this but can't

To me, it seems very incompetently handled, especially the chat communication. I can imagine your frustration but give it some time, maybe they will sort it out after all.

I'd say that your Bitcoin is visible there because the withdrawal is not visible to them: "Unfortunately we did not receive any information about your request." Sounds strange.

Please update us as soon as they come up with any news. I wish I could help.

Players from usa can't play here , but I'm in Canada , I have documents and everything but my I haven't gotten a Id yet , but I got bills that say I live here , so when I sent id it says Texas and they won't send it because of that, but I told a agent that before I sent it and he said as long as I have proof of address and my name

So you asked them in advance just to be sure you could play there and this is the result. That's not good. On the other hand, your deposit will be returned, that's something at least.

I can see you already submitted a complaint regarding this case. I'm wondering how it develops since if you live in Canada and they accept players from there, then there shouldn't be an issue. Of course if you can prove you live there.

I believe if they can't accept players born in the US for any legal reasons, they should return all deposits. Not just to you, but to all players who have US ID and deposited in the casino since it looks like you played without a chance of winning since they close the account to anyone with US ID during the first withdrawal attempt.

Would love to get my deposits back or something
