Hi all
Aussiebt Forfeit my winnings of $31000 I did nothing wrong at all and have locked my account and won't show any evidence of where I did anything to deserve this I won this little miracle fare and square.
Please is there anything I can do I've made complaints they refuse to listen to me I'm so frustrated any advice be amazing

Hello, I wish I could say something positive, but the casino review says it all, and I'm sorry you could not see it earlier. Fake licenses, no actual terms and conditions and a safety index of 0.5/10.

I've had them for years. They been fine until this big amount happened what can I do to take this further I really need some of that money I won it fair and square what can I do

I understand your question and concern, but no one can assure you that you will get the money this time. The warning literally says "Very high value of withheld winnings in player complaints in relation to the casino's size."
You are welcome to complain, just please do not count on those money until the outcome is known. Let's hope for a happy end.
I saw the other complaint you lodged with us, and it is once more against a risky casino with a low Safety Index. Please be more selective to avoid similar complications. Precaution is the best advice. 🙏
