Jag väntar fortfarande på mitt ärende och jag hoppas de här löser sig. Så jävla orättvist. Spelat bara sport betting utan bonus gjorde över 20 insättningar men så fort jag vann försvann hela mitt saldo. Jag spelade enbart live betting.

Hey, I'm sorry to hear that. Did the casino say anything about the situation? I checked the safety index, and even if they didn't say anything, I wouldn't be surprised. The casino is probably one of the worst we have here, with lots of warnings in the reviews. Did you look up any information before you came here to play? 

When you say that you have an open case with us and that it concerns sports betting, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you. We don't deal with these cases because we don't have experts and we can't evaluate such situations fairly, as we don't deal with this area.

I had the exact same experience with Astrozino.

My account was fully KYC verified.

I never accepted any bonuses.

I made several deposits and only played live sports betting.

As soon as I won (over €3,200) and requested a withdrawal, they cancelled it and confiscated my entire balance.

Their only response was "decision is final" without providing any proof of T&C violation.

This casino seems to follow a pattern where they take players’ money once they win. Everyone should avoid Astrozino!!

I already saw that from what you wrote and from the complaint. I described our process and that you probably won't get any help from us.

So try to focus on the links I provided and see if it's possible to file a complaint there.

It's a shame that the casino didn't explain anything. That's quite necessary in any case. But I know that they usually only tell players something general because they can't reveal what they violated so that they don't pay attention to it later.

I’ve been scammed by astrozino online casino. I won 11400$ fair and square. In order not to pay out they told me that I contravened their t and c’s by providing fake documentation for verification, that I manipulated games and bonuses and disguised my identity. All of these things are False. I never did that nor do I know how. So they immediately removed all my winnings. They basically stole what was won fairly but they won’t reply when I asked them a thousand times to prove what they were claiming.

I checked the casino's review, and to be honest, casinos with such low reputation scores can come up with anything. I know it's hard, but avoid such sites; if a problem arises, no one may be able to help.

Such casinos usually do not care much about their reputation and are often completely unlicensed, which greatly limits the options available.

Happened to me as well. I got 11100 confiscated and I did nothing wrong. My account was fully verified. They have done this to so many as I’ve read in many reviews in a variety of places. I can’t believe they are not being shut down. Clearly they are crooks.

Jag ska va helt ärlig och gör stor undantag att svara dig, mitt liv ska inte relatera mer till betting någon mer.

Jag har släppt betting helt gått några månader och jag kommer aldrig mer betta igen, jag fattar känslan men ärligt betting slutar oftast med en sak förlust, ingen i världen går plus på de här.

Jag vet de känns tufft! Jsg själv satt i din sits för några månader sen och jsg kan säga du har bokstavligen 0 chans mot dem. Jag krigade men fick inte hjälp av någon!

@Casinoguru missade en viktigt poäng med hela mitt ärende och de är att dem kunde förebygga de här på nåt sätt så inte fler spelare hamnar i samma sits som mig men kolla du sitter i samma båt som mig totslt blåst på dina pengar, hänt flera spelare och de kommer hända även fler nya spelare. Astrozino är dem största bedragare som finns. Mitt konto var verifierad och hade pengsr i flera dagar men till slut växte mina och tänkte dags för att behandla mina uttag. 24 timmar senare kommer ett lång mejl att mina pengar är 0 ställt och lämnade enbart 105 euro kvar i mitt konto sen försvann dem.

Den klagade på vpn, dem klagade förfalskning av mina mina dokumentation.

Ärligt vill du kämpa så gör det men du vinner inte, har vänt mig till flera betting sidor som casinoguru några försökte hjälpa mig men ingen lyckades.

min bästa tips ge upp, släpp betting och sträva efter dina mål i livet i stället.

Att dem fortfarande kommer undan är sinnessjukt!!!

I did try every avenue I could. They didnt reply and so casinoguru closed the case and all they get is a negative review. This is much more than that. They are stealing. I got the same excuses for taking my winnings as you did. I also got that their decision is final. My question is, how is it possible with so many complaints, they are still operating and no one shuts them down? I even filed a complaint with the entity that give the licence but got no reply. In the meantime they keep stealing and getting away with it. Thanks for your advice.

Jag vill inte minnas så mkt har bara släppt betting totalt. Men deras licens minns ej va den hette finns de mkt kryphål vilket betyder dem kan göra va fan del vill med spelare och komma undan. Deras spel licens är ett av dem värsta. Stora aktörer har seriösa spel licenser och svårare att scamma spelare på deras pengar. Bästa du gör svälj förlusten och gå vidare tyvärr, de gjorde ont för mig med!!

Tyvärr kommer dem fortfarande undan och ingen kommer stängs ner Astrozino. Fler spelare kommer joina dem och blåsa bokstavligen alla nya spelare.

Jag har släppt de här men tro mig kamra finns och dem kommer åka ditt nån dag.

The license was granted on 04/06/2025 and its current status is Active

The casino is, however, so bad that I would guess they do not care much about reviews or licenses, as your case sadly demonstrates. 🙁

I have to admit. I believe that I have been scammed by this casino. Due to more information being said about this casino. Please read below my situation and I hope that there could be a resolve.


I was sent an email regarding a no deposit bonus and clicked on the link which took me to Casino-spin.live. There are other domains they have used which is Casinoace.life and casino-news.live.


Upon sign up. And having to agree that if I were to withdraw that there will be no wagering required for the 500 amount that was added onto the account (700 AUD)


During this timeframe I was speaking to support team agent Alice Miller. I don't know if her last name is legitimate but I was advised that in order to get my withdrawal I would have to deposit a certain amount into their payment platform exchange to proceed with the KYC procedure. They requested that I send selfie with my ID and along with the KYC procedure, deposit 100 Us / 158AUD as a single transaction to verify the account and accept withdrawals.


But, this is where I know I got scammed and I sure hope this gets looked into. After the deposit of the first one, they had a red flag restriction on the account that needed to verify the wallet address as in regards to the regulations towards security protocol of the senders details. To which i understand because I know that is legitimate. So in order to make sure my wallet was verified I out in the requested 200US/315AUD payment to the bitcoin wallet address they provided to me. Proof of the transactions I have on my emails.


While I was trying to figure out why they still didn't release my winnings which totalled to 26,728AUD. I had to admit defeat and accept that I was scammed. But I'm wanting to ask for the casino to return my deposits back to my account. Knowing that I will never see thst money at all. The only thing thst is valued to me are the 2 deposits I made, I would like back.

I am completely aware that the funds on the balance I will most likely not get at all. It's just the deposits I would like back. Since I have all the details for the transactions sent to the exchange they recommended I use. Which the name of the exchange is called CoinGate but the third party exchange called Transak took the deposit. I have the transaction ID for those too.


I have other information about the transaction and the time stamps for this account. I sure hope that this could be rectified. In regards to the deposits I made. I'm trying to get in contact with my bank to mark it as scam. There are more details, including the bitcoin transaction and address used.


I just want to know if there is anyone that went through something similar and hoping for some clarification
