Hi, no representative of this casino has ever posted here, so the casino certainly won't write you back.
However, I can see that you have a problem with verification and you also lodged a complaint about it. What exactly is going on ? Is the casino not accepting any documents or something else ?
I also can't help but say that this casino was not the best choice as it operates without a license and its safety index is very low. Have you seen it too ? I think that even if you get the money and manage to verify, I wouldn't play here anymore.

They rejected my authentic Identity Cards, as well my phone bills.
They say they are "randoms".
I have a very very bad feeling about the issue.
I was going to change and write a positive review about them since I thought they were going to solve the problem, but now they are utterly lying.
