For some reason Skrill deposits doesn't reach the player's account and the transactions are not shown in transactions history. support says payment was cancelled....

Hello, did the money leave your Skrill account ? Did you try to ask the payment provider if there was any error ? Alternatively, did you try any other payment method for the deposit ? 

Let me know if your problem still persists.

Hi Jaro.

The money did leave my account. I did send a screenshot of the payment to the casino support and the ID provided by Skrill to share with the merchant if the money does not get credited. But nothing so far

I get it. I asked this mainly because the casinos have their hands tied in these cases, as it may not be their fault at all. Obviously, you will need to be patient and keep yourself informed about the next steps and if you still have a problem, you can file a complaint with us. 

However, how did the casino respond when you sent them the payment transcript ? What did they say ?

They did say to wait until their team contact me, and that's all for now ! It's been five days since I made the deposit if I'm not wrong!

Yes, I know it is unpleasant to wait and not know anything, but unfortunately in such cases there is nothing else to do. Our team can't do much either and sometimes it can take more than a few days. So that is why I recommended to be patient and not to spend more money until everything is sorted out. I hope that support will get back to you soon with some good news.
