We have finished the investigation involving your account ANNA1954 and have concluded the following (but not limited to):

Account nata666 intentionally dumped $335.33 to your account

The above is explicitly forbidden as per our Security and Game Integrity Policy:

3.0 Collusion is the action of teaming up with another player or players at the same table or in a multi-table event, or making any agreement with the intention to gain an unfair advantage over their opponents. This might include but is not limited to the following practices:

3.1 Hole-Card sharing: The act of sharing your hole card information with another player during play, under any circumstances.

3.4 Chip Dumping: Losing Chips intentionally to another user(s).

The violations occurred during the following but not limited games:

Sessions : 583931079 (6 hands), 583927904 (1 hand), 583925157 (2 hands) and 583923845 (2 hands)

For this reason, we have deemed necessary the following penalty, also contained in our Security and Game Integrity Policy:

1.5.8 Permanent ban and confiscation of funds: This penalty describes a permanent loss of access to the player account and any funds held within WPN.

This penalty shall apply across any sites operating on the WPN Network.

9.7 Service denial: WPN reserves an absolute right to deny service to any player who utilizes programs or tools that WPN determines could create a conflict with its security and game integrity policy

or interfere with provision by WPN of its poker services.

9. TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights of WPN, WPN may immediately and unilaterally terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein or for any other reason or for no reason.

In such event, you must destroy all of your copies of the Software. ANY suspicious or criminal activity will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities. The balance of funds in any User account closed by WPN due to User misconduct, fraud, or collusion

may be seized and each such User shall forfeit any and all interest thereto.

Your account has been permanently closed and your remaining balance confiscated

The decision to ban you from the Winning Poker Network is final and can’t be appealed.
