So I think you can easily keep track of everything yourself through your complaint. If the casino doesn’t respond and nothing gets resolved, the casino will receive black points and its Safety Index will decrease. But hopefully it won’t come to that.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much else we can do from our side if the casino refuses to communicate with us.
