Hello.
In all honesty, if the casino closes without prior notice to its players, I fear there is no one responsible for payouts. Can you now access your account? I mean, did you receive a note that you must submit a withdrawal request to get the money out before the closure, please? I would guess you did not. As far as I can tell, this casino wasn't among the fairest ones.
Well, my guess is that there isn't much to try out. I'm really sorry.

You see, if the casino ever plans to reopen the page, there really could be a chance for a fair ending. If you submitted a free-of-charge complaint with us, the casino would have to deal with it.

By the way, their license is fake. Hence, it's impossible to open the dispute.
