They banned my account after I tried withdrawing for no reason. Even customer care is rude and not trying to help.

However, did the casino explain why they decided to ban your account? What did they say in the chat?

They didn't even try to help. Its like it was planned. I deposited staked and tried to remove my money and next thing I saw was my account banned. Contacted customer care and the only thing they could say is that they can't unban a banned account and my own money I deposited is gone. I really don't understand. They said abnormal betting??? For trying to meet my wager amount so I can withdraw. Reached it first time tried withdrawing, next thing I saw they've increased the wager amount. Staked to get to the new one they point finally got there tried withdrawing and next thing I saw my account was banned.

Thanks for the reply. I don't know what to make of abnormal betting, but since you had a bonus, what kind of bets did you place? Did you play slots or bet on sports?

I didn't use bonus tho. I used the money I deposited and yes I played just sports live game to be precise
