I played in aerobet.com at the very beginning of last month, May 2nd.

I requested withdrawal May 3rd, after KYC was approved.

My withdrawal is still pending

Today is June 10th. 5 1/2 weeks have passed. Aerobet promotes up to 72 hours processing time for withdrawals...

I have repeatedly contacted their livechat who offers no explanation for delay, nor a timeframe for processing withdrawal.

I have emailed their support many times, to which they have replied to none.

Yet Aerobet.com has an above average safety score in online review sites🤔🤔🤔.

Anyone with similar experiences with this casino?

the support really has a thing or two to improve on. Only here to add that I checked the caisno history and the overall decent rating comes from resolved complaints, which indicates the casino pays out, but eventually with delay. I'm sorry you had to experience this delay on your own. Let's see how they respond to the complaint of yours.
