I really like this casino, BUT.. Many flaws that make you feel like an idiot for depositing there.
if I have a casino I stay with it and I have deposited close to 20k there.. And I have won a little over 5k which is not really much.
A couple of problems, The wheel that they offer if you deposit $30.. I have had over 200 spins.. And probably won $115 - $130 off it in LITTLE bits the "Try Again" will win 97% of the time and I know it’s a scam to make the customer feel they are being rewarded with something that has absolutely NO chance of giving you anything (Apparently it’s all based on luck 🤷♂️). I have deposited in 1 day close to $1200 or over, I asked for a coin bonuses and got……. "$27" twice (Not the same day). What I am saying is the coin bonuses are a joke.. $5, $8, $10 and $27 twice and then give you quite bland and bullsh*t replys. I get after 12 there are coin bonuses but never ever I have won off the money I have received off them it’s quite a headache and frustrating.. I know casinos aren’t mean to pay out all the time, That’s the gamble you take but when a casino is more or less not providing the right amount of chance to win something. It’s wrong.
There is some customer service that seem’s to be nice, Then there is others that just rude.. And some customer services with man names calling me "dear", Makes me even more suspicious.
Even their "VIP" bonuses..
Spend $50,000 and get $99..
Spend $100,000 and get $199..
It is absolutely madness..
I am hoping maybe this changes something there..
Other than these things.. Love this casino and fast payouts (The couple of times I have won)
I just hope they start treating their customers better

It is actually right that it is pure luck whether you win or not or how many times and so on.
The casino should also include the information about the RTP (return to player) from each game, though, but we all know that the casino always wins in the long run. Right?
Please make sure you enjoy yourself when playing and don't go over your limits just to chase a win.
