How to make a complaint regarding this casino with their license authority?

Hi, I'm afraid I'm not going to please you with my answer, but so far we don't seem to have found any contact to this licensing authority. In fact, no one has contacted us where we have tried to write, so I have a feeling that there is not much you can do with this authority.

Hey, I noticed your review says this casino is licensed in Costa Rica, but from my experience, they don’t actually have that license. When I asked them for details, they promised to send them via email but never followed through. Can you provide proof that they have the Costa Rica license? Otherwise, it’d be good to mention that they might be operating without a license.

Hi, I've had it checked again. I can see the validator as well as another player sent it, but I can't click on it. However, it is possible that it can be verified some other way, so I asked about it and will let you know if I find out more. I've already been told once that they have this license so we'll see.
