Hi, is anyone else having issues with this casino at the moment?

I feel like I’ve been waiting the whole day for my withdrawal, which normally takes around one minute. What worries me even more is that support also seems to be unavailable. What also makes this even more surprising is that Galactica N.V. is not some small unknown company — they operate many casinos across multiple brands. Because of that, this silence is honestly shocking to me.


Maybe I’m overreacting, but I genuinely do not understand why more people are not concerned about this situation.

Instead, our CRC team responds to players' complaints in order to help resolve them, so if anything is going on, they will find out through this channel and then challenge the casinos' actions and decisions.
