Well no such luck for me not only did they completely steal my withdrawal and balance but they closed my account I have sent over 20 emails copying in the curacao license authority and absolutely nothing back from them. I hope you are taking your money and run. I’m logging complaints with their server hosts to try and shut it down providing all evidence. I’ve asked check games to see if the games there are even real and I’ve emailed all the game providers with screen shots of the winning game logs. Ive accepted I won’t get paid from these guys now I just want to get some form of justice out of it.

No not for unlicensed casinos all you can do is target the host servers as they have a duty of care and once given legitimate information regarding a website on their platform they have to act accordingly so hoping atleast it will shut the site down. As no chance of getting my winnings also in process of chargebacks for the bank due to the merchants on statements never sending any goods. They are mostly Voltoria

Oh, that's another awful experience; what you described feels like the most frustrating scenario. There was no contact with people and no usable information. I wish I could say that the payout will be processed eventually. This thread, however, shows quite the opposite. I'm not very confident in the casino's willingness to participate in a complaint, to be completely honest. The situation is not optimistic. 😐

What about trying to get back at least the deposits? The other player mentioned that too, if I recall it correctly.
