Likewise, I sometimes get pulled into playing games by the way they look. I like playing games with a western or piratey feel, so when I saw Mystery Jack, it was a given that I would try it out. I wasn't disappointed!

Hi , I have a problem … I won with one if there promotions €100 bonus with 1 x waver .. I managed to play ( I play live roulette with evolution) play always the same number 31/27/5/0/17/4/7/28/29… 31/27/0 always high .. while put my bets … and waiting for spin … suddenly they gave the message I was to late and my bets where gone ? And 31 came … next round … again the same 31 , third round again the same … lost min €400 .. got some screenshots….. the casino is trying to found a solution.. but we all know this is not working . Tried to contact but then there where suddenly errors in the system .. I still had €59 on my account … also I couldn’t play anymore , and contact with live support with casino also cut off ….. I gave them 4 stars at first , because they ask me to put something on trust pilot … but not two … I hope somebody got the decency to give my winning money back . I can sent screenshots… kind regards , Dave

so am I on the right page for a complain about this ?

I would guess that the casino probably experienced some kind of technical breakdown, or alternatively, there could be some issues on the game provider's side.

In such cases there is not much we can do, I'm afraid. Feel free to submit the complaint here, but I would not even guess what the outcome would be.

Can you share in which casino did you play, please?

Hej , ja jag spelade med casino 777.NL, jag spelar stadiga nummer 31/27/0 och mer ... jag vann med sommarkampanjerna 100 € med 1 gångs satsning ... Jag spelade det och vann lite . Så jag spelade … sedan spelade jag 31/27/0/17/ osv vad godkändes … och precis innan resultatet sa de att jag var för sen med mina vad??? Jag har skärmdumpar….. sedan andra gången .. samma siffror hände igen, sedan 3 gånger igen händer … plötsligt kunde jag inte heller chatta med kasinot .. och så plötsligt var kasinot offline (på grund av arbetsframsteg) det på trust pilot skickade alla skärmdumpar och information... 59 € fanns kvar på mitt konto! Och efteråt var det inga problem längre !!!! Jag spelar ofta där och har aldrig haft problem. Jag tror att det är för lätt att säga .. oh ja detta kan hända .

de skickas nu till tekniska avdelningen, men de ger också en reaktion på förtroendepiloten att det är felet där. Och är upptagen med att lägga rätt belopp på spelarens konto. Så ja, jag vill göra ett fall av det? För jag tror inte på dem.

Jag såg på trustpilot exakt samma problem med en annan kund !!!! Jag gjorde en skärmdump av det som bevis. Jag såg många människor med samma problem och förlora pengar ... snälla ta detta på allvar!!!!! Besök trust pilot 777.NL. Jag hoppas att du kan hjälpa mig . Skärmdumpen är tyvärr på holländska

folk förlorar pengar eller så har de ljugit om systemet ... så jag hoppas att mitt klagomål och hjälp från er kommer att hjälpa mig och andra! ..

So I played … then I played 31/27/0/17/ etc bets where accepted … and just before outcome they said I was to late with my bets??? i saw on trustpilot the exact same problem with a other customer !!!! I made a screenshot of it as proof . I saw many people with same issues and loosing money … please take this seriously!!!!! Please visit trust pilot 777.NL . I hope you can help me . Screenshot is in Dutch unfortunately

people are loosing money or they got lied about the system … so I hope my complaint and help from you guys will help me and others ! ..
