As for your claim that most of them have a withdrawal limit as part of this bonus, it's probably almost a majority of casinos that will have it anyway. I don't think it would be entirely advantageous for the casino.

When it comes to no deposit bonuses, it is completely normal that a casino will ask for deposit later. I would call it a standard procedure. It is called a verification deposit and it should be some low amount needed there. It is due to AML policy, and the casinos need to do the KYC so they know everything is right and the player can be paid the winnings from the no deposit bonus.
