It's great you took the time and share your experience here so openly. Reading quite a lot of complaints daily I found out many players are not fully familiar with the concept of bonus terms and put their possible winnings at risk.
We believe that even in such cases, casinos should consider whether the player simply made a mistake or whether some kind of a long-term advantage was gained. 🙂
One way or another, we all should read the terms and relay on ourselfs while playing with the bonus because it's still pretty common to be able to overbet the maxbet and also to play restricted games, while the bonus is still active. Many casinos just don't enforce such terms on the technical level, so it's kind on a shady zone 🙁.
