So I used a 100 spin code I'm was up to400 kept playing same game after free spins were over I'm at 1000 but real balance=1000 bonus balance equals 1000 but withdrwl balance =0 ...can I make a deposit or anything to withdrawl it out

it depends on the bonus conditions, in some casinos, the bonus only ends by successful withdrawal or when the balance hit 0, so if you deposit while the bonus is still active, all terms apply to your deposit as well. Be careful.
If you are not sure ask the casino's live chat.

I won 1000 in bonus last night! Incontact customer service ask what i can eithdraw if anything they proceed to tell me they wipedninto zero and gettting nothing becuaes i have 2 account i asked how that is possible and how i can fix the problem so theres no issue from here ,,,, same/thing like like grand fortune it was the pleasantnthings code do u have an email i 'can send all the screen shots and things all thisis new to me and seems very tricky to me lot of fine print and grey areas im tryin to learn
