Okay I have a question. Do you think that account holders should be given second and third chances if they've broken the rules or didn't follow guidelines? I like the way Wollygog approached this topic and I agree with this player.
Allow me to point out, that we always try to explain to every casino staff we come across, that for a truly fair play it is vital to make a difference between intentionally dishonest behavior and simple mistake.
Not all players are bonus abusers hence not all terms and conditions should apply every time to every player.

That would be a customer service decision which would go through a process of what rules were broken and well guidelines are just that (up to you for guidelines).Personally I dont give a casino a second chance if I feel they have done a dirty unless they come out and apologise as a good casino generally would and even Ive had complimentary crud and chips offered to come back. Unfair circumstances and are again your choice but mistreatment is a separate issue and generally should go through management and kachingo next minute they are funding you depending on the circumstances of course lol. All this is probably poor advice so dont listen to me rambling,go the the complaints section and let the Gurus deal with it is the best/fairest outcome for all.
