If you have not the bonus is still active and you can't withdraw anything. You can continue to play to fulfill the wagering requirement but if you lose the balance the bonus ends.
In general, a bonus ends by completing the wagering + withdrawal or by losing funds.
It'd be very unwise to make another deposit in order to complete the wagering of the initial bonus, however.
