Molti reclami qui sono una farsa e invito tutti ad affidarvi ad un legale quando avete problemi con casinò truffaldini e a non fidarvi di Casino GURU soprattutto se sponsorizza quel casinò.

Ora puoi bannare anche questo profilo dato che è la cosa migliore che sapete fare quando un giocatore fa emergere verità a voi scomode.

I sent you a part of the withdrawal screenshots with my email address and the date of the withdrawals which as you can see are from May of this year. After my lawyer intervened the casino reopened my account to let me withdraw my entire balance with withdrawals of €2000 per day.

They realized that they had no choice but to go to court since there was obviously no reason to withhold my winnings.

Since you still don't believe me, I can send you the evidence of the legal process via email since I can't publish it here.

Once you do that you should change the outcome of my complaint from rejected to unresolved and penalize the casino but I guess you won't do that..😉

Ti ho inviato una parte degli screenshot dei prelievi con il mio indirizzo mail e la data dei prelievi che come puoi vedere sono di maggio di quest'anno. Dopo che il mio avvocato è intervenuto il casinò mi ha riaperto il conto per farmi prelevare tutto il mio saldo con prelievi da 2000€ al giorno.

Hanno capito che non avevano scampo se andavano in tribunale poiché ovviamente non esisteva alcuna ragione per trattenere le mie vincite.

Dato che continui a non credermi posso inviarti le prove dell'iter legale via mail poiché non posso pubblicarle qui.

Una volta fatto dovresti cambiare l'esito del mio reclamo da respinto a irrisolto e penalizzare il casinò ma immagino che non lo farete..😉

Om du har bevis på att domstolen dömde till din fördel och att kasinot måste betala dig, får vi se vad vi kan göra åt det. Jag har skrivit till Jozef så jag lovar inga pengar och kommer att meddela dig vad jag får reda på.

Han sa till mig att om du har alla bevis som tyder på att det dömdes till din fördel, så borde du skicka honom allt du har som är relevant så kommer han att titta på det.

If you read my last post carefully I wrote to you:

" After my lawyer intervened the casino reopened my account to let me withdraw my entire balance with withdrawals of €2000 per day. They realized they had no escape if they went to court since there was obviously no reason to withhold my winnings."

So they gave up after my lawyer's warning without going to court.

So if you want I can send you the evidence of the correspondence that led to the casino's decision to pay me so as not to risk legal consequences.

I would also like to point out that there was no previous self-exclusion on their casino as stated in Jozef's final decision but only a specious hypothesis by the casino that I was addicted to gambling without providing any evidence.

Perciò si sono arresi dopo l'avvertimento del mio legale senza andare in tribunale.

Quindi se volete vi invio le prove della corrispondenza che ha portato alla decisione del casinò di pagarmi per non rischiare conseguenze legali.

Vi faccio inoltre presente che non è emersa alcuna autoesclusione precedente sul loro casinò come dichiarato nella decisione finale di Jozef ma solo una pretestuosa ipotesi del casinò che io fossi dipendente dal gioco d'azzardo senza peraltro fornire prove.

It must have been a translation error because I never wrote that we arrived in court.
