You didn't help me much with that answer. If you have a problem and nobody tries to solve it from the casino, I said that you have the option to file a complaint. If nobody answers you from there for a long time and you don't know what to do, I would do that as well. If something unfair has happened to you, don't hesitate to say so. There is not much to be gained by answering like that.
