Hello! I really don't have a complaint, I would just like to have an explanation of what this all means? I have, but not recently deposited money into my account with a casino that I have zero issues with and has a fairly good reputation. Yesterday, I was given $25 automatically deposited into my account by the casino. I played it and didn't win anything. In my message center I had a coupon for 25 free spins to one of their games and was allowed to redeem it. The terms were 40x playthrough with a 100 maximum withdrawal. I hit a $1000 jackpot after I had played through all of my free spins. I also, I think and not sure that I made it through the 40x playthrough. My account is showing a real balance of $1000 and a bonus amount of $1000 with a 19 cent withdrawal balance. I assume that my balance would have went to zero and be completely wiped from my account. When I inquired the gentleman said that since I had not made a deposit between free coupons that it was removed from my account and then asked if I would like to make a $30 deposit. I'm confused. It's still on my account and he didn't answer any of my questions. Can someone please explain what this means? I wanted to know what I needed to do to make some of this money actually playable. I never use these bonuses for the simple fact is I just don't get it. If they were removing the $1000 balance why is it still showing on my

Hello.

From my point of view, the casino should explain the situation to you, because without knowing the exact bonuses terms and conditions and your gaming history I can only guess 🙁.

This coupon for 25 free spins to one of their games you were allowed to redeem, have you checked its terms?

I'm familiar with the rule saying that players must make a deposit between two no-deposit bonuses, however, the way I understand this issue, those initial $25 was credited to your account automatically, right? I presume it was a no-deposit bonus simply activated without prior notice.

The point is why were you able to take another one subsequently without the deposit?

Normally I'd say once the bonus is granted even by mistake the casino should pay the winnings, but I do not know all details thus I'd like to ask you to contact the casino again and share the explanation here.

Can you do that, please?

I agree with you. At the very least I should've been given $100. I've attached the coupon and they have completely removed all but some change. They made a $25 deposit just as if I made the deposit myself. There were no rules or limitations on how to use the deposit. If it was not real cashable money then they shouldn't have placed it on my account. I didn't ask them to do it, but I was grateful for it. I thought it was a very nice gesture and they did let me redeem the coupon for the goblin game. Someone was supposed to have contacted me but hasn't. I can send them another email. I had another casino similar to this give me 5 free spins. I ended up winning $1900 with using those 5 free spins they gave me and again it was only play money they said and I didn't get any of that either. Yesterday I won over $300 on a parlay game from bonus money I was given and placed on my account and when I asked for some help the lady called me a liar! I have that entire conversation. I sent a survey back to them, but they haven't done anything other than send me another email for more bonus "play money". This is why I don't use coupons.

I'm going through the screenshots and it also sounds fair to me that you should receive $100 since that's the maximum withdrawal amount from the bonus you received.

It's not your fault that you received a bonus from the casino. They gave it to you. I can see you're already familiar with our complaints process. I feel like you should give it a try in this case.

When you get bonus money or free spins, the casino usually has a playthrough requirement, meaning you need to bet a certain amount before withdrawing. Hitting the jackpot is great, but with a 40x playthrough, you must bet 40 times the bonus amount to cash out. Since you won with free spins, they set a max withdrawal limit, which is probably why your balance shows $1000, but you can only withdraw a fraction of it.

Here's my take: bonus play is basically like free practice with a chance to win real dough. Think of it like a casino throwing you some play money to test the waters before you dive in with your own cash. But, there's always a catch, right? You gotta meet those wagering requirements before you can cash out – like jumping through hoops to appease the casino gods!

While bonus play can be a sweet deal, I always recommend reading the fine print in triplicate before diving in. There's nothing worse than getting all excited about a win, only to find out it's stuck in bonus purgatory. Maybe some casinos should offer a "bonus play for dummies" guide – explain things in plain English, you know?

Speaking of clear explanations, has anyone had any good experiences with casinos that are transparent about their bonuses? I hear some crypto casinos are known for being more upfront with their terms.
