I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience. What was the problem with the verification? Did the casino explain why they couldn't verify you?

So you haven't considered submitting a complaint if that's the case and you can't resolve anything? 

Varför bry sig? Till slut får de vad de vill: att du ska spendera dina pengar medan de inte verifierar ditt konto. Till slut återstod bara 20 euro av 1600, och de stal dem. Det är så de fungerar när de lurar folk; de slutar svara på alla e-postmeddelanden du skickar. Jag rapporterar bara hur det här casinot fungerar och delar med mig av min sorgliga upplevelse. Alla är fria att bestämma vad de ska göra.

But if they took your money and you feel it was unfair, there was a problem with verification or something similar, then I think it's worth it. It's always worth complaining if you're sure that the casino is doing something to you that it shouldn't be doing. That way, we can respond. 

If we are on the player's side and the casino does not resolve the situation, it will receive black points and its safety index will be lowered. 

Of course, thanks for the post, and those are definitely better than nothing, I'm just saying that when something happens that shouldn't, the player has a chance to basically intervene in the safety index in this way.
