I'm skeptical of them too now. The customer service sucks. I mean they're trying but they can't figure out simple things and even tried blaming me when I'm way too intelligent to have missed anything on something so simple.

Just to update you, Estevan's complaint was solved and he got his winnings 1 month after the withdrawal request: "The player from Canada requested a withdrawal and after 2 weeks of waiting for the payment, he decided to submit a complaint.
