Has anyone ever been asked to log into a video call to receive a withdrawal from any casino site. I have made a withdrawal for $2200 from a site, had all my identification accepted and now they are requesting this video call which will be all up 7 days from the requested withdrawal??
Hello, it may be unusual if you have never been asked to do so before. My colleagues from the Resolution Center, though, suggest this step to the casino operators in order to make every effort to complete KYC with players. Without that, the other option is usualy "KYC unsuccessful"... If you understand what I mean.
