i think are safe too but there is no welcome bonus without first deposit so they take your money first and give you bonus for that lol

You get free funds or free spins, you play and if you meet all requirements, you can withdraw the max cashout from the bonus funds. If this amount is lower than the minimum withdrawable amount, you have to deposit the difference in order to meet the minimum withdrawal limit.
