At this point I'm not sure what to say or how to ask. But basically I'm just trying to find out how I do a coin redeem where for cash option it asks for name then a signature. I'm attaching 2 pics. One that shows my $ total in the platform the other is of the redeem page it gives me.

That's the important thing, what I already wrote, that I don't know how you should take those points. You said that if you click on confirmation nothing happens. Of course it's important to know if it's a social casino or not because if it's not we would try to help you if you don't know what to do next, but I have a feeling it is a social casino.
