I won $17000 on on spinago and my 11 year old nephew spent all my winnings while I was at work without me knowing hours later.

So I just had my first win on spinago after joining up a year ago. I won $17 000 and was so happy with my win! I decided to withdraw right away and when I pushed withdraw it said pending due to lack of docunments so I sent the VIP guy paul a email saying I won and wanted to collect and asked what docunments I needed and then I messaged support asking the same thing and then sent through the docunments required.

A short time later I went to work and left my phone at home on the bench as we can not use our phones at work or on site.

I had full trust my winnings would be safe and secure as I pushed withdraw funds and I was expecting the funds to show up in my E wallet anytime.

I came home from work and went straight to bed as did a double shift to wake and find there was $2 left.

I emailed support and they would not help saying I spent it and I explain to them I was at work and no I didn't.

That day my nephew who lives with us told me he broke my game and said he emailed the game asking them to fix for his aunty because he would be in big trouble if she found out. He said jack from the game asked me to message him which I did and explained the situation and he said it's my responsibility and I said he is 11 and gambled my winnings without my knowledge and he is under age so it should be voided and they should pay me my winnings as I requested to withdraw so how could it be spent when it was locked in for withdrawal.

I also said I only ever deposit 50 so wouldn't thier Sydney red flag if I put back through 17000 dollars as so out of character considering I don't ever gamble much money

Pls help

Hello,

I'm sorry but I think you will not like what I am about to write...

Firstly, has your account been fully verified? If not, I'm pretty sure that the withdrawal would not be processed until you get fully verified.

Furthermore, I do not fully understand how exactly your nephew managed to log in to your casino account. Did he use an auto-fill feature, meaning that you store your password to be filled automatically on the login page?

It does not truly matter who played the winnings away, the most important fact is under which account the person was signed up. The casino simply could not know that it wasn't you playing.

As I wrote, I'm not sure how your nephew gained access to the site, so I'm just "speaking" in general now.

I also do not understand how could he email some game and to who:

"That day my nephew who lives with us told me he broke my game and said he emailed the game asking them to fix for his aunty because he would be in big trouble if she found out"

Feel free to share more details,

Thank you.

It's extremely unfortunate that your nephew was able to spend your winnings without your knowledge, and it sounds like it would be hard to verify for the part of the casino whether or not you authorized the transaction. While I understand your frustration, it's ultimately up to the casino to determine whether or not they will refund your winnings.

It was already logged in on my phone I didn't close it. When I looked the next morning to see all the money gone I lost my shit. He was scared to telle so locked up spinago and emailed the support what he had done as he thought he broke my game as wouldn't work any more because there were no funds he had spent them all.

Hello there,

Thank you for the explanation.

I'm very sorry but I'd assume that the casino will probably notify you that you must be the one to make sure that nobody else uses your account, it's the user's responsibility to keep the login information and account safe. I'd dare to say, this is not the casino's responsibility.

How's the situation now, please?
