I had an issue with Mifinity at the weekend I emailed them and got an answer Monday at 2pm which gave me a satisfactory outcome to it. I'm beginning to doubt this is real!!

I think nobody knows where the problem might be. When it has been going on for three months, I don't understand how it is possible that you still haven't come to a reasonable solution with support. Why are the documents being rejected ? 

I see that you have probably not managed to solve the issue of the player and I am slowly running out of words because I really don't know where the problem could be. I think you've got a pretty strong nerve in this situation. 

I don't think there is a problem just with the poster. I gave Mifinity 5 stars on Trust pilot once you have verified twice you can withdraw up to 10,000 without further verfication. The withdrawals are instant and deposits from bank account straight to casino free. In comparison to using Visa for deposits and bank transfer for withdrawal the fees are a lot cheaper

Yes I know you have good experience with Mifinity because I remember you wrote it. What I meant was that you were trying to help the player and even offered to try it with her, and that you probably didn't succeed, because she kept writing that she couldn't verify. I think that's longer than the endless story. 

Passport and bank statement with address of residence on it, give them what they want and you will be verified

Send your documentation to clientservices@mifinity.com and ask them why it keeps being rejected, that way you will know what the problem is.

I can see that it has moved forward at least a little when you already know what documents are needed. However, I have also seen from the conversation that they are still being rejected. But there is still mediation on your part and it is very nice that you are still trying to help. I also think that you are extremely patient in this case. It's not that difficult the app guides you through it up load your passport and a bank statement with details including your home address. The documents they showed were neither so it's no wonder they keep getting rejected
