I want to withdrawal my winnings but during account verification it just gets stuck. Doesn’t matter which phone or browser I use. Same damn result. And not a single reply to any email.

Hi, can I first ask what casino we are talking about where you are trying to withdraw money ?
As far as withdrawing is concerned, you will have to complete the account verification successfully and then you will be able to withdraw.
Nevertheless, do you have any problem that your documents are not accepted ? How long has this process been going on ?
