It's been 12 days for me , but 6 days tomorrow since it said escalated, but only 3 buisness days dont think my refund is coming

No, these are old transactions I want to recover. I'm not gambling, I'm just recovering everything step by step.

I also have visionspero. I sent a police report to Slovakia. They don't have a website or any contact information.

I’m not sure I just created the ticket and than 3 days later I received an email to say they were investigating and asked for card details and than 2 weeks later they sent me an email to say that the merchant had refunded the transactions

The chargeback deadline has passed for me, so I have to recover the money in a different way than through the bank.

My 2 weeks would be this Thursday fingers crossed 🤞 they replied to me on the 2nd for details etc
