So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Tried them already for some transactions a while ago. They claim it’s not them but I am not convinced as the director has his finger in other pies

Yeah he wasn’t replying until I got in touch with his other pies, then he was quick to message saying no involvement but I’m pretty confident it is.

Hello Owen,

i have had the exact same issue with a Curacao based casino. I am in the process of trying to get my funds back through a lawyer and i am absolutely ready to go all the way with them - exposing them to the press, filing. a lawsuit- as this is pure scam.

I have even indicated multiple times via chat that i was vulnerable yet they kept allowing me to make unlimited deposits while, mind you they were limiting withdrawals.

Please let me know also how i could proceed with the bank if the conciliation fails and i do not get all my deposits back.
