There is another company called
Digikey that operates all over Europe these are different to Digikeyboard and they have confirmed that "digikey" on bank statement doesn’t appear like that from them they are a different company so for us the Digikeyboard is the correct company
They don’t answer emails
I have an email from Digikey confirming that "digikey" doesn’t appear like that and due to the nature of my request to go to the bank - happy to share via email

No response from Digikeyboard currently at complaints with bank under 12.7 visa rather than goods. Digikey emailed back saying not them see this is what they wrote I will email it you if it helps you chargeback:
If anyone has Orb (Orbexia ltd/intelling.io) get them raised under goods not received if you want as they then refund directly after chargeback is sorted from bank
