I’m not sure, i haven’t spoke to them, but I raised it with my bank, after 45 days I asked them what happened, and they said that the merchant rejected the chargeback

Självklart kan handlaren vägra återkravet, men om det finns skäl fortsätter banken med klagomålet och även om banken inte godkänner det debiteras handlaren för transaktionerna om han inte bevisar att han har tillhandahållit varorna eller tjänsterna. Han kanske har lämnat falska fakturor, men banken var tvungen och måste informera dig om detta.

Det är inte Revolut. Jag sa bara till dem att jag inte fick varorna eller tjänsten, de öppnade ett klagomål mot handlaren och nu väntar jag på resultatet.

Onlindg I know who processed the payments now (holding company) and Iv reported them to the insolvency service. They have to respond or risk being wound up and closed down. We will get these b*******

I would write it and contact them as its hurting them

Yeah to be fair Barclays have been understanding I think the second time actually helps with it

Has anyone else found a solution somehow with the Destream merchant?
